Founding Engineer, Senior IC

As our Senior Founding Engineer, you'll be the technical cornerstone of a venture that aims to fundamentally transform how people navigate their careers. You'll design and implement core platform infrastructure, establish security protocols, and build scalable systems that maintain personalization.
Required Experience:
7+ years in industry building and scaling systems in production environments
Deep expertise in frontend architecture, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure
Experience with LLM integration and retrieval-augmented generation architectures
Security implementation experience with SOC2 compliance
Tech Stack:
Current MVP: React/TypeScript frontend, Python backend, Digital Ocean & Supabase
As our technical leader, you'll have the authority to evaluate and reshape this foundation
Compensation:
Base Salary: $125,000 annually
Meaningful pre-seed equity with 4-year vesting
Benefits package (health, dental, vision)
SF Bay Area based hybrid model (2-3 days per week in Menlo Park or San Francisco)
